Story

As pet owners ourselves, we know firsthand the difficulties that come with keeping a clean and well-maintained yard. Our busy schedules leave us with limited time to devote to tedious chores like pet waste removal. Additionally, our pets are a part of our family. Our top concern is their well-being, and by keeping their area clean on a regular basis, we can make it a safer place for them. Vet bills may be very expensive, as we all know, thus avoiding any health hazards helps us to keep our family happy and healthy.

I have loved animals since I was very little. Although I've volunteered with many different animals, my heart will always go to my dogs. We get so much happiness, solace, and company from our pets. Taking good care of our dogs goes beyond just feeding and playing with them; it also involves making sure they have the best possible living environment.  As a fire fighter for the city of Miami, I am committed to the safety of our city. I've decided to extend my services to our furry companions. I recognize that cleaning up after our pets takes time and may be demanding. For these reasons, I started this business to help people who are unable to clean their yards after their pets or don't have the time to do so.

  • What areas do you service?
    We service most areas of Miami-Dade County. Please call (786) 505-5991 or email services@scoopdiligence.com for availability.
  • How much do your services cost?
    Our pricing is based on yard size, the number of dogs, and the frequency of visits. Please visit our rates page for more details.
  • Do I need to sign a contract?
    No! The continuation and growth of our business is built upon customer satisfaction, not contractual obligations. You can stop service at any time by emailing us at services@scoopdiligence.com or calling us at (786) 505-5991 at least 48 hours before your next scoop.
  • What is your satisfaction guarantee policy?
    We ensure 100% satisfaction from our clients! If for any reason you are unhappy with any work performed, contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning at (786) 505-5991 or e-mail us at services@scoopdiligence.com. We will return to the yard within 24 hours to re-doo the job, otherwise, we will issue you a credit for the visit.
  • Can my dog be in the yard while you scoop?
    In most cases, yes. Most dogs love the attention from when we visit, and our pooper scoopers love interacting with them! However, if your dog displays aggressive behavior and won’t allow us to enter your yard, we will notify you and return to the space once the dog is restrained or confined. If we cannot reach you within a reasonable time frame while our team is at your yard, you will still be charged for the cleaning and the rest of your visit will have to be skipped.
  • What do you do with the dog poop after its scooped?
    It will no longer be on your property! We take the waste with us and dispose of it according to local health & sanitation regulations.
  • Will I receive communication the day of service?
    Absolutely! We believe communication with our clients is very important. We will let you know once we are on the way, and when we leave. Don't worry about gates being left open, we always ensure to leave the gates closed to keep your pets safe (picture can be sent upon request).
